SMS Terms and Conditions

Kline SMS is an optional text-messaging program sent and operated by Kline Labs, Inc. These terms apply when you enroll in or communicate with Kline SMS.

Messages you may receive

Kline SMS may provide:

Kline account notifications
Demo scheduling and coordination
Service-related notifications
Two-way customer-support messages
Responses to requests you initiate

Participation and frequency

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your requests and your relationship with Kline. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping or restarting messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@getkline.com. Kline will honor supported opt-out requests and may send a final confirmation that your opt-out was received.

Delivery and availability

Delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Kline may modify, suspend, or discontinue Kline SMS at any time. You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate mobile number and for notifying Kline if that number changes.

Privacy and sensitive information

Kline's Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. Do not submit patient names, medical details, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive health information through Kline's public website forms or SMS-consent flow.
